Subscription & Cancellation Policy

PostWhim currently intends to offer two monthly paid plans:

Starter

$4.99 per month

Creator

$14.99 per month

Creator may be identified as PostWhim’s “Most Popular” plan.

The features and AI usage allowances included with each plan are displayed on the PostWhim pricing page.

Prices are subject to change as described below.

Paid PostWhim subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled before the next renewal date.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the subscription price and applicable taxes or charges to your selected payment method at each renewal.

You may cancel your PostWhim subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewal.

Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation does not immediately terminate access.

You may continue using paid features through the end of the billing period for which you have already paid, subject to applicable plan limits.

After the paid period ends, paid subscription access will terminate unless another applicable account option is available.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Canceling a subscription does not ordinarily generate a prorated refund for unused time remaining in the current billing period.

PostWhim may choose to provide a refund or credit in exceptional circumstances at its discretion where permitted by law.

Nothing in this policy limits refund rights that cannot legally be waived.

PostWhim subscription plans may include monthly limits for AI-powered features.

Current planned allowances are:

Starter — $4.99/month

• 15 AI post generations per billing period
• 15 Ask PostWhim AI messages per billing period
• 2 Plan My Week generations per billing period

Creator — $14.99/month

• 60 AI post generations per billing period
• 100 Ask PostWhim AI messages per billing period
• 5 Plan My Week generations per billing period

Other AI-powered actions may also be metered or subject to reasonable usage limits.

Final allowances will be displayed on the pricing page before paid billing is activated.

Unused AI allowances do not carry over unless PostWhim expressly states otherwise.

Reaching an AI limit does not automatically cancel the subscription.

PostWhim may allow users to change subscription plans through account Settings.

Any upgrade or downgrade timing, credits, or prorated charges will be displayed during the plan-change process when that functionality becomes available.

If a subscription payment fails, PostWhim or its payment provider may attempt to process the payment again.

Access to paid features may be restricted or suspended if payment cannot be completed.

Users are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

Deleting a PostWhim account is permanent.

When paid subscriptions are activated, PostWhim’s account-deletion process will first cancel or verify cancellation of an active PostWhim subscription before permanently deleting account data.

Users should not assume that uninstalling, closing a browser, or simply stopping use of PostWhim constitutes cancellation.

PostWhim may change subscription prices in the future.

When required, existing subscribers will receive advance notice of material price changes before the new price applies to a future renewal.

Continued subscription after the applicable change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price to the extent permitted by law.

Users may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Applicable taxes may be added to subscription charges where required.
